The Referral Network Startup

The Referral Network website you are viewing is being used to provide on online platform for the startup process of designing and launching a new, revised site. While we provide you with a fully functional website please please understand this site was partially constructed years ago. Be advised it is not mobile responsive and does not offer the latest social channels but it is the original model of site processes and features. A new site will be under construction in September of 2023. The new site will enable mobile access, create a new look, include social networking services, and other features utilizing the newest technologies. In the meantime, this site can serve as a model and communication system during the startup process. We will be testing features, and polling participants for suggestions and evaluation prior to the new site launch on January 1, 2024, or sooner if possible.

During this startup phase the signup will be free to allow new members an opportunity to evaluate the program at no cost as well as provide the company an opportunity to build a solid foundation with our Founding/Charter Members who resonate with our vision and want to help the network get started. Should a member choose to continue their membership, the first 25,000 members will be enrolled with the Founding Charter Member status offering a reduced membership cost of $1.00 per month and locked in for the life of their membership. When the 25,000 member milestone is attained the cost will be $5.00 per month to subsequent members But the Founding/Charter Members will retain their original reduced fee of $1.00 per month for the lifetime of thier membership, with our gratitude for early participation. There are no add-ons, up-selling or additional costs associated with membership.

Membership in the Referral Network is by invitation from an existing member only to preserve the quality of services presented. Members are encouraged to log in to their account and use the simple, automated process to offer a free membership to the business services they most admire based on personal experience. There is an easy-to-use automated feature that enable members to easily invite their favorite business services to join the network.

Sequence and components of business development processes

Startup (August 2023)

1. Form a class C corporate entity to provide a legal foundation for company operations necessary to provide initial startup capital.

2. Establish initial accounting procedures.

3. Establish software development processes and procedures with a proven, reliable, trustworthy entity to construct and manage all technical matters. Hosting, site development, and ongoing management.

4. The initial investment offer is for a maximum of 50 participants to acquire corporate stock for an investment of $1,000 per investor. (see Return on Investment chart below)

5. Define, design, and implement website construction and IT systems.

6. Initial investors have the option to sit on an Advisory board to help guide the company forward.

Return on investment projections

As you can see, the numbers can be astonishing. These projections reflect progression of membership beginning with 200 free members. If each member invites 2 of their favorite businesses in one month the network membership doubles every month. Membership reaches 1,000,000 paid in 11 1/2 months.
