Referral Network Membership
Membership in the Referral Network is free to join the network. Referral Network membership provides participants a fully interactive web site with login access. Members can use their web page to promote services or products, make connections, find a job, hire an employee or just have a personal web presence. Your web page is fully interactive, so you have total control of the content of your page. You can login to your account at any time to access your page management portal. You can upload photos and a section to tell the world who you are, what you do, what you need and how to contact you.
What is The Referral Program?
The Referral Network offers members an easy, straightforward and reliable platform for financial and social gain. Members have the option to add The Referral Program to their membership. When you add The Referral Program you open the gateway to receive referral fees for simply inviting others to join the network. When the members you invite also add The Referral Program you start earning referral fees.
How does it work?
Membership in the Referral Network is free. Members have the option to partner with us to build the network and earn referral fees by adding The Referral Program to their membership for $10.00 per month. The Referral Program allows members to receive referral fees for the members they invite plus referral fees for the members their members invite, and referral fees are also paid on third level members. The chart below shows the income to an individual member if each of their 2nd level members and 3rd level members invite an equal number.
For example, If you join the network and bring in 10 new members and your level 1, 2 and 3 members and each bring in 10 new members, you would earn $635.00 per month. If you invite 20 and your 2nd and 3rd level members each invite 20, look at the chart below and see what happens.
How are disbursements of referral fees paid?
Earned referral fees accumulate in each member's account up to $5,000 monthly. Members can request disbursement at any time. Disbursements are made through direct deposit. Referral fees are deposited directly into their account.

When you refer a new member, it is a gift from you to them. Offering them and you an opportunity to generate income. You receive referral fees, the members you refer get a free web page and the network grows. Everyone benefits, assuring an ongoing operation on a very reliable and stable foundation.
Why do we give away most of the income?
The Referral Network operates under a larger intention. Instead of dedicating time, thought and energy to profit, we dedicate time, thought and energy to helping people live more easily. We don't like seniors not having enough money to buy food or clothing, affraid because they can't pay their rent. We don't like students straddled with insurmountable debt just to get an education and who are fearful of an uncertain future. We don't like military families suffering with the undending care of an injured soldier. We don't like single mothers stretched to the maximum trying to raise children, meet their expenses and dealing with limited opportunities. We don't like the planet warming. We don't like children going hungry and frightened. We don't like businesses that pay their executives exorbitant salaries and place their shareholders as the highest priority while thier employees barley get by. We don't like wars and we don't like it when the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.
So, we decided to go in a new direction with our company by supporting those that support the effort. We found that we could actually give most on the income back to our members in the form of referral fees and still be able to support our causes as identified above with enough left over to share with our various board and committee members and meet our normal business expenses. That is our deal. If anyone can give us a good reason not to operate in this odd way, we will go forward. Do Good, Be Good, Be One is our slogan and 'Do The Right Thing' is our motto.

How do we do it?
The Referral Network is the first truly digital company. All communications are conducted by video conferencing and collaboration software. Committees consisting of volunteer members make recommendations, suggestions and help solve problems that reflect the wishes of the entire membership.
These committees pass along their respective ideas an advisory board who evaluate considerations applicable to the project, financial, technical and administrative requirements and make final recommendations to an executive board that makes ultimate decisions and sets overall strategies.
All operations are completely transparent, and governance is through a visible process that keep everything going in the right direction.
The most important aspect of company is its members. Our members are the key to the success and ongoing operation of the entire project. We value and take care of our members first. We make sure they are paid on time, that their privacy is secure (we never sell or share any member information), we protect their interest and we are pulling for them in every way. The members are what makes the project work. Put first, paid first, promoted first. That is what we do to the end. If there is one.
