1. MEMBERSHIP
1.1 Member to be entitled to participate in all Referral Network programs, promotions and events that may occur from time to time.
1.2 Membership to include a personal Internet page on the Referral Network.com web site.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1 The term of membership is 12 months beginning 01/07/2009 and ending 01/07/2010 at the rate of $27.50 per year. There are no additional costs associated with membership.
2.2 Member shall not publish inappropriate images, text or data on the Referral Network web site. Any such publication will be cause for immediate membership cancellation without notice.
2.3 All information submitted to the Referral Network is considered confidential and is not made available to any outside company, organization or entity.
2.4 Member does hereby indemnify and save harmless Referral Network and all other Referral Network members against any issues or claims resulting from member�s representation or services performed on behalf of any and all clients generated through the Referral Network program.
3. WORLD-WIDE ON-LINE INTERNET SERVICES
3.1 Member to be listed on the Referral Network.com Internet site for the registered community and business specialty.
3.2 Membership to include a personal promotional page dedicated to member including personal promotional information, company name, address, voice phone, fax phone, e-mail address, links, promotional section and photo and logo graphics.
