Member Renewal

Each time you log onto this web site, your membership expiration date is displayed. Additionally, if your membership is less than 30 days from expiration, a notification displays on your Members' Site Administration to alert you of the pending expiration. Remember that if your membership expires, none of your listings or personal web page will display until you renew. Nothing is deleted, it is just disabled. Simple renewal will re-enable the pages.

Renewal Process

  1. From the Members' Site Administration or the links at the bottom of the page, click the Renew Membership link.
  2. You will be brought to the Terms of Use agreement that displayed when you first signed up. Click "I Understand and Agree."
  3. You will be prompted to verify your email address, or the email address that is associated with this membership.
  4. You will be brought to a secure server on which to enter your credit card info to renew your membership. The form will be pre-filled out with your membership information; Update any fields as necessary.

    Note: To update membership renewal, we use your member ID, email address, first name, and last name in various combinations to identify your account when your transaction is complete. To make sure your membership is correctly renewed, we recommend that you do not alter the name or email fields when paying your renewal fee. Complete the transaction and make those changes in the Web Page Management area.
  5. After completing the transaction, you will be brought back to the site and auto-logged in to the Members' Site Administration. Your expiration date should now reflect a new expiration date from
    • today's date if your membership expiration has passed, OR
    • your expiration date plus a year or month, whichever applies, if your membership has not expired.
