| Q: | I forgot my User Id # or Password, what do I do? |
| A: | On the log-in page, click the link that says “Forgot Password”, you will be asked to enter the email address which you used to sign-up and the site will send you an email that tells you your User Id # and Password. |
| Q: | My application has been denied, how do I proceed? |
| A: | Verify that you have entered all of your data correctly, especially the expiration date on your credit card. It should read MMYY with no punctuation. If everything is correct, there may be a problem with the authorization process for your card. You may have better luck with another card. |
| Q: | Why doesn't my URL work? |
| A: | There may be an invalid character in the URL address. There can be no spaces or punctuation marks in the URL. Please notify us at support@referralnetwork.com and we will rectify the problem. |
| Q: | I can't (or am experiencing trouble trying to) upload my photos to my personal web page or listings. |
| A: | This system has been rigorously tested by both our developers and customers. If you review the instructions in the sections on editing your profile or adding listings, you should not encounter problems. The most common reasons for file upload problems, in the order of freqency, are:
